These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of HomeZee, including our website, account features, Zee Report outputs, support channels, and related services. By using HomeZee, creating an account, submitting property details, uploading photos, or requesting a connection with a provider, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use HomeZee on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that organization's behalf.

HomeZee provides AI-assisted property information, home-value estimates, comparable-sales context, and related report features. Reports are generated from information you provide, available property and market data, automated analysis, and related service providers.

HomeZee does not guarantee that every property, market, report tier, or feature will be available at all times. Coverage, data availability, report content, and promotional access may change as the service evolves.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use HomeZee. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for activity under your account or browser session.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account, report, or submitted data has been accessed or used without authorization.

You may submit property addresses, photos, condition details, renovation notes, contact information, feedback, and other content. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content to HomeZee and that your submissions do not violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other rights.

You grant HomeZee a non-exclusive license to host, store, process, analyze, display, and use submitted content as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to generate requested reports and connections.

Zee Reports and other HomeZee outputs are automated valuation estimates for informational purposes only. They are not formal appraisals, broker price opinions, tax assessments, lending determinations, legal advice, financial advice, or investment advice.

Do not rely on HomeZee outputs as the only basis for lending, purchase, sale, insurance, tax, legal, or other significant decisions. For decisions requiring an official property valuation, consult a licensed appraiser or other qualified professional.

Property data, market data, photos, user-provided details, public records, third-party data, and AI-assisted analysis may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, or unavailable. HomeZee may update, regenerate, or correct reports when new information or system improvements become available, but we do not guarantee any estimate, comparable selection, adjustment, recommendation, or predicted outcome.

You are responsible for reviewing report outputs and deciding whether to seek professional review before acting on them.

Some report screens may let you request contact from real estate, finance, or other service providers. If you submit a request, you authorize HomeZee to use and share the submitted contact, property, report, and request information needed to route and respond to that request.

Providers are independent from HomeZee unless we state otherwise. HomeZee does not guarantee provider availability, pricing, licensing, advice, offers, financing terms, or service quality.

We may send transactional or service communications about your account, reports, security, policy updates, and requested provider connections. If you opt in to marketing communications, you may opt out as described in those messages or by contacting us.

You agree not to:

• Use HomeZee for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
• Upload content you do not have permission to use or share
• Upload photos that intentionally include people, minors, identity documents, or unrelated sensitive information
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to HomeZee systems
• Use reports or provider connections to harass, discriminate, or violate another person's rights
• Misrepresent HomeZee outputs as formal appraisals or guaranteed market values

HomeZee, the HomeZee name, product design, reports, software, data presentation, and related materials are owned by HomeZee or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, HomeZee grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal or internal business purposes.

HomeZee may rely on third-party services for hosting, security, authentication, mapping, address lookup, data processing, communications, analytics, monitoring, and provider connections. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. By using HomeZee, you acknowledge our Privacy Policy.

HomeZee is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeZee and its officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost opportunities, or decisions made in reliance on HomeZee outputs.

We may suspend or terminate access to HomeZee if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used the service in a way that may cause legal, security, or operational harm. You may stop using HomeZee at any time.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of HomeZee after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
