Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about HomeZee
How is HomeZee different from other home value estimates?
Most estimators lean on stale records and broad neighborhood averages. HomeZee builds every estimate from the most current property and market data available — so a report run today can differ from one run tomorrow, because it reflects what has actually changed.
Does it cost anything to run a HomeZee report?
No. Basic reports are always free and never require a credit card. Our Advance reports are also free during our current promotional period — with no credit card or banking information required.
Where does HomeZee get its data?
HomeZee pulls directly from authoritative property and market data sources, so every report reflects the latest available information for your home and your local market.
Where is HomeZee available?
HomeZee is currently in open beta across South Florida — Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We're expanding coverage, so check back as we open new areas.
Who is HomeZee for?
Both homeowners and real estate professionals. Whether you're curious about your own home's value or a realtor preparing for a client conversation, HomeZee is built to give you a clear, current picture.
I'm a homeowner — what value does HomeZee provide for me?
You can see what your property is worth today — factoring in the updates and improvements you've made — so you get an accurate, current valuation of your home.
I'm house shopping — how can HomeZee help me?
